RESPONSE II

Medical technology tools of the future – Customized implants

The aim of the KUZ sub-project is to combine additive processes and master molds for individual implants. Tool inserts produced in the Digital Light Processing (DLP) process are to be used for micro injection molding.

In this way, a very large variety of materials, which includes all thermoplastics, TPEs but also LSR, is brought into line with the high resolution and speed of the additive process.
