Digitalization of PUR processing

Process-relevant processing parameters

Determining process-relevant processing parameters along the process chain by combining engineering knowledge with mathematical models.

The aim of the research project is to develop a technology for digitizing PUR processing. By integrating data collectors along the entire process chain, processing data is collected, documented and correlated in order to identify correlations and thus digitize the process of PUR processing.

For this purpose, a mold was built with various sensors to better track the chemical reaction in the mold.
